By purchasing any service from Strategy by Ana, you agree to the terms outlined below.
All services are custom digital business strategy services created specifically for the client. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the service description and understand what is included before completing payment. Unless a service page states otherwise, communication is by email and deliverables are sent digitally, primarily as PDFs. Delivery of purchased services constitutes fulfillment of the order.
Due to the digital and customized nature of my services, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

All deliverables are created specifically for the purchasing client. Deliverables may include:
Delivery of any digital file, report, recommendation, roadmap, or strategy document satisfies fulfillment of the purchased service.
Services are provided asynchronously. Deliverables are sent digitally, primarily as PDFs, and communication, if needed, takes place by email. Calls are not included or offered as part of these services.
I do not guarantee income, revenue, sales, client bookings, social media growth, business growth, or any specific results. Results vary based on individual implementation, effort, business conditions, market trends, and other factors outside of my control. Services are provided for educational and informational purposes only.
Payment and delivery records, email communications, digital file delivery confirmations, and service descriptions may be retained to document an order. If you have a concern about a purchase, please contact me by email so I can try to resolve it.
All reports, documents, templates, PDFs, strategies, and materials remain the intellectual property of Strategy by Ana. You may not resell, redistribute, share, copy for commercial use, or claim ownership of any materials. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in abusive, threatening, fraudulent, or dishonest behavior.
